There will potential loss of connectivity to lab devices of around an hour during the planned maintenance window. Due to the unspecified window of disruption by our 3rd party we will be keeping lab services open during this window and request that any users impacted during this window wait 2-5 minutes retrying their connection. If after 5 minutes the connection cannot be restored you can logout and log back in again to attempt access to a fresh lab however if that fails we recommend waiting until after the maintenance window is completed.

As part of our ongoing security program, maintenance will be performed to our platform during the following window. The platform will be unavailable during this maintenance window and customers will be notified one hour in advance of this maintenance starting, to complete any outstanding works. Lab Servers will enter maintenance mode meaning no further/new lab sessions will be permitted and customers will receive a "No Lab" available message until the maintenance is completed.
